Want to return or exchange an item?
If you wish to return an item, please notify us by email at email@example.com or drop us a message on our chat widget within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on some of our products.
Our return or exchange policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. Therefore, if we do not receive the item you wish to exchange or return within this period, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
In the case you are unhappy with your order or you have any issues do not hesitate to contact us. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
Once we have received your returned item and inspected it, we will send you an email to confirm we have received the item and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. Whilst we are a small company we cannot cover the postage for returns, unless the item is faulty.
We can only offer exchanges to faulty or damaged items. If you wish to exchange your item for the same or similar item, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject Exchange and your order number.
Gift Card Returns
If you wish to return an item purchased with a gift card. You will receive a gift credit once the item has been returned and inspected. Please email us before you return any items with the subject Exchange and your order number. Not all items are returnable due to hygienic reasons. To find out more please email us at email@example.com
